In the last decade, the relationship between energy companies and the communities they serve has changed dramatically. More than ever, there is a pressing need for the energy industry to engage key stakeholders – including communities, customers, NGOs, government officials, regulators and media – in a meaningful and sustained two-way dialogue.

As such, the Energy for Society global initiative aims to accelerate continuous improvement in the development of energy systems through the personal commitment of energy community leaders representing the oil and gas, utilities and technology, and renewable energy sectors.
