Global Agenda Council on Systemic Financial Resilience 2011
The worst of the financial crisis is past us, and an overhaul of the global financial system has reached the top of the list of political and economic concerns around the world. The global and national regulatory frameworks, risk management practices and business models in the financial services industry that have played a role in the recent crisis are undergoing careful scrutiny and reform. This Council focuses on the nature of the systemic risks that threaten the stability of the global financial system today, particularly those arising as the world reconsiders the financial architecture under which the global economy will operate.
