Marc Boxser

Marc holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Oxford and Harvard University. He was a Producer for the Charlie Rose show in the United States, and later built a career in education and technology. He was Managing Director of the Education for Employment Foundation before a career in digital media in the US, including a senior management role at Next New Networks, acquired by Google in 2011.

Marc was a member of the 2009 cohort of the GLF programme. He first led business development and membership for the World Economic Forum for the Middle East and Africa, and then served as Head of IT Partnerships, leading the Forum’s community of leading IT and Telecom companies in addressing key disruptive industry trends.

Currently, Marc works at GEMS Education, the largest K-12 education company in the world. He leads key institutional partnerships to develop new business opportunities, as well as overall corporate strategy. In addition, he is an advisory board member to Hope Street Group in Washington DC.
