Project Director, Global Health Policy, Sanofi, France

Maryam holds a BA in International Affairs from Long Island University and an MA in Middle East and Theological Studies from Harvard University. Prior to joining the Forum, she gained experience in the pharmaceuticals industry, working at Pfizer and the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers & Associations.

After joining the GLF programme in 2009, Maryam first served as a Manager for Global Health Industries and then as Senior Manager for India and South Asia. In 2012, she joined Sanofi, where she currently works as Project Director of Global Health Policy in the office of the chief executive officer.
