Formerly with JP Morgan: Director, Paris office; Head Debt Trader for Africa, Eastern Europe and Asia; Managing Director, JP Morgan, in charge of capital markets and financing in emerging Europe, Middle East and Africa. 1999, joined CGAP (Consultative Group to Assist the Poor): 2000-10, Chief Executive Officer. Former Director, Financial & Private Sector division, World Bank. Appointed by President Obama as President and CEO, OPIC, the US Government's development finance institution. Has served on the boards and executive committees of the MasterCard Foundation, Calvert Foundation and Women's World Banking, among others. Founder, Emerging Markets Charity, UK.
