Eric Anderson is an entrepreneur and aerospace engineer involved in several innovative technology and aerospace companies. His mission is to bring the solar system into humanity's economic sphere of influence. Anderson is the Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of Planetary Resources, whose vision is to access the vast resources of space by mining asteroids. He is also Chief Executive Officer of Intentional Software Corporation, whose technology enables the creation of software without writing code. As Co-Founder and Chairman of Space Adventures, Anderson has sold nearly half a billion US dollars in spaceflight missions, including all self-funded private citizens. He is also the Chairman of Planetary Power, a renewable energy company. In 2010, he was awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year. Anderson serves as Co-Founder of the Planetary Security Foundation, Chairman Emeritus of the Commercial Spaceflight Federation, and a Trustee of the X Prize Foundation, the National Space Society and Seattle's Museum of Flight. He is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Virginia.
