Founder and President of Enovatinglab, an innovative platform which generates ideas for the design, formulation and implantation of strategies for business and territorial competitiveness and for governments, both in the definition of their political strategies and programmes and in the process of making and implementing decisions. Currently serves as a member of the Boards of Directors and Advisor of the following: Centauro Capital (Health, Energy and Advanced Manufacturing), FENIX Group (Energy); BIO Praxis Group (Pharmaceutical and Biotech), O.S.I.-Organización Sanitas Internacional, as well as member of Executive Committees of the following organizations: Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation (Art and Culture), Metropoli Foundation - Cities Project (Intelligent cities and territories), TECNALIA Technological Corporati on, Innobasque (Basque Innovation Agency). Former positions with the Basque government included: Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Industry and Energy, Minister of Health and Labour.
