What it is it about your company or project that makes it so special?
We save lives and are raising the living standards of chronic disease sufferers. We have made a complicated thing look simple!...that is the daily management of diabetics, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, cardiovascular and metabolic syndrome disease patients.

What country best facilitates starting a tech company?
Japan has been very open and welcoming in setting up businesses, in fact the Japanese Immigration and Tax Agencies were exceptionally nice and welcoming.

With regard to access to capital in starting a tech company, then I would definitely have to say that that is the United States……with a strong venture capital industry staffed with successful entrepreneurs who understand the true needs of a startup compan…a great ecosystem and support for the creation of new companies.

What makes an innovator?
That’s a very good question.  If innovation is to make a complicated thing look simple, then I would say it must be a strong belief in oneself  - a mindset - the ability to look at countless different variables and then analyze the problem and think outside the box for a workable, practical solution.

Risk taker, risking your own savings - determination, stubbornness, not listening to all of the negativity around you. We didn’t start to re-invent the wheel but along the way we created a new cost effective health delivery and management platform

How does your company contribute to improving the state of the world?
We created a new cost effective health delivery and management platform that reduces healthcare costs. 80% of National Healthcare budgets are eaten up by chronic disease complications. We are saving lives and raising the quality of life by giving patients a real, tangible tool that they can use on a daily basis.
