Like any other employee, each Fellow is part of a team within the World Economic Forum and is responsible for the related functions, including operational responsibilities. In addition, Fellows receive intensive training as part of the Global Leadership Fellows Programme.
The Global Leadership Fellows Programme is designed to be both practical and analytical, providing leadership and management training as well as insights on issues in the industry, global and regional agendas.
