Who will participate?
The World Economic Forum on East Asia is reserved for chief executive officers and board-level executives of World Economic Forum Member companies and special guests.
What does registration include?
The registration fee (3,300 euros for Members, 4,500 euros for non-Members) includes access to all sessions, plenaries, meeting discussions, breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
What is the working language of the meeting?
The official language of the meeting is English, with simultaneous interpretation in Korean, Japanese and Mandarin Chinese in some sessions.
By when should I register?
The registration deadline and closing date for information to be included in the printed Participants Booklet is Tuesday 19 May 2009.
Do I need a visa?
Please check with the South Korean embassy or consulate nearest you regarding visa requirements.
