By when do I need to register?
The deadline for inclusion in the printed Participants Booklet is Tuesday 7 October 2008. We therefore recommend that you register before this date.

What is the working language of the meeting?
Sessions will be held in English, with simultaneous interpretation in Russian, Turkish and Arabic in the plenary sessions.

Do I need a visa?
Please check with the Turkish embassy or consulate nearest you regarding visa requirements prior to your arrival in Turkey. Your confirmation letter can be used as support documentation.

Upon registration, you will receive personal access to the meeting’s private area of the website.
