"Summer Davos" in Asia to focus on growth through sustainability

"Summer Davos", the World Economic Forum's Annual Meeting of the New Champions, will take place in Tianjin, China, from 13-15 September 2010.  The meeting's theme is sustainable growth and over 1,000 leaders from business, government and civil society will meet to discuss ways to drive this forward. The programme will focus on how to increase energy efficiency, lower carbon emissions, and develop green technology and infrastructure. The Meeting is undertaken with the close collaboration of the People's Republic of China.
