Closing the Gender Gap:
A Repository of Successful Practices
The practices included here have been successful for leading companies worldwide to close gender gaps at corporate level, as well as along the companies’ supply chain and in the communities, where companies are embedded.
The World Economic Forum’s Gender Parity Group - a community of influential leaders committed to addressing the gender gap and optimizing the flow of talent – developed the concept of a ‘repository of successful interventions for gender parity’ to provide companies with an opportunity to learn from others' experiences and thereby accelerate their progress on the path towards achieving gender parity. An initial collection of practices was built in 2011, in preparation of the launch of this platform in early 2012. In order to stay relevant, we are always looking for new practices to include.
Should you have implemented a successful practice in your company, we invite you to share it via this platform by following the link below:
If you would like more information about an individual practice included here, please connect to the individual responsibles by using the ‘Contact company representative’ option included with each practice.
The World Economic Forum's Repository of Successful Practices was produced with the support of Ernst & Young.
