The World Economic Forum’s Gender Parity Group - a community of influential leaders committed to addressing the gender gap and optimizing the flow of talent –  developed the concept of a ‘repository of successful interventions for gender parity’ to provide companies with an opportunity to learn from others' experiences and thereby accelerate their progress on the path towards achieving gender parity. An initial collection of practices was built in 2011, in preparation of the launch of this platform in early 2012. In order to stay relevant, we are always looking for new practices to include.
