We employ around 3000 employees at coca-cola Icecek but we have more than double number of distributor employees in the system that we can leverage in order to impact Turkish society in a broader scope. The fact is that the distributors' gender diversity is male dominant.

The Practice:

We have announced to our distributors that we have set them a target to achieve in terms of women representation in their organizations. In order to encourage this approach, we have committed to cover the cost of female new hires in commercial that has a robust career path.
