LLB (Hons), Law with German Law, King's College, University of London and University of Passau, Germany; MBA, HEC, France and Stern Business School, NY. 1995, qualified as Solicitor, Supreme Court. Seventeen years' experience in the aerospace industry, starting at Daimler-Chrysler Aerospace (now Airbus) in Germany, before moving to Brussels; represented Galileo Industries towards European institutions on the European navigation system Galileo, working on the development of the public-private partnership scheme and management aspects of the Galileo programme. Currently, Secretary-General, European Satellite Operators' Association (ESOA); reports directly to CEOs, leads effort to showcase benefits of satellite communications for society and foster better environment to allow users to profit from satellite services available anywhere on land, at sea or in the air. Has organized workshops on negotiation skills for young managers. Named one of the Faces of Satellite of 2014, Society of Satellite Professionals International.
