Co-edited and co-authored book, The Millennium Bug: the Year 2000 Computer Problem (1998). Recipient of award: Laureate, KVIV Engineers Prize (1984). Expertise: group process design and facilitation, applied systems thinking, diagnostics; applying fractal geometry, chaos theory and complexity science to real world situations.
