Formerly: owner, Circlepoint, an environmental consultancy focused on large planning and infrastructure projects; public relations work, Boston Harbor Cleanup Project; Hewlett Packard, including: Director of Environmental Sustainability, managed the vision, strategy, marketing, messaging, employee engagement and stakeholder relations programme; Director of Ethical Sourcing, implemented the world's largest and most complex electronic ethical and sustainable supply chain, engaging thousands of global suppliers on environmental, health, safety, ethical and labour practices. Currently, Executive Director, The Sustainability Consortium, (TSC), an independent standards organization made up of 100 corporate, academic, government and civil society groups: responsibilities include providing strategic direction/execution. Founder and Board Member, Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC). Serves on many multi-industry consortiums including: global retailers, footwear and apparel, toy, pharmaceutical, chemical, automotive, consumer goods and mining.
