Since 1997, with Harvard Graduate School of Education: teaches courses on relationship between education policy, democratic citizenship and instructional improvement; research in Brazil and Mexico focusing on impact of education policy, education leadership and teacher professional development on literacy competencies, citizenship and advanced cognitive skill.
