Formerly: contributions to the Millennium Ecosystem Assessment and FAO's State of Food and Agriculture; 1985-2008, Professor, University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign; Agricultural Development Council specialist, University of the Philippines, Los Baños; 2008-2013, coordinated and led much of IFPRI's research on climate change.
