Presented +100 key note speeches and presentations nationally/internationally on various topics. Currently: Chief of Staff, Prime Minister (PM) of Iraq; adviser, Education and Higher Education; Deputy Chairman, PM Advisory Commission; Executive Director, PM Initiative for Educational Development. Works with UNICEF, UNESCO, the World Bank and relevant ministries drafting national strategy papers for education in Iraq. Member of 10 professional societies. Author: +60 papers in international journals and conferences; four books, including: Teaching and Learning and the Management of Change. Founder and editorial committee member: Marina Mesopotamia online journal; Advisory Editor, International Iraqi Journal of Aquaculture and International Marsh Journal. Holds honorary positions as visiting professor in many Arab universities.
