Since October 2009, Director, Legal and Constitutional Affairs Division (LCAD), The Commonwealth; acts as Secretary-General's principal legal adviser and is responsible for managing the Division of the Commonwealth Secretariat that promotes the rule of law in support of the Commonwealth's mandate to enhance democracy, good governance and development in member countries. Former ad hoc Member, International Relations Committee, Bar Council, England and Wales. Accredited Advocacy Trainer, Law Society of England and Wales. Published in various legal journals. Recipient of the Colombos Public International Law Prize, Middle Temple Inn of Court. Awarded the status of Fellowship by the Sierra Leone Institute of International Law in recognition of contribution to development of international law.
