Appointed senior researcher, NDRC of China, Asia Pacific Energy Research Centre, 2004-2006; consultant of China National Atomic Energy Agency. Member, China Petroleum Economic Commission; Member, Director's Commission of Beijing Energy Association. Author: over 50 publications at national and international conference proceedings. Awarded various academic prizes of NDRC and its Academy of Macro Economics, as a key researcher in energy study. Research focus includes: China's energy strategy, policy, demand and supply analysis, planning, energy model application in oil and gas issues.
