Formerly: over 10 years as founder and manager of large government-owned Tunisian-Saudi participatory investment bank; founded and chaired first merchant bank in Maghreb area; founded and directed Development Finance Institute, specialized in graduate training and research for banks, insurance companies and finance ministries in North Africa. Since 2001, teaches International Economics and Finance courses in MBA and executive MBA programmes; conducts strategic seminars for executives and higher management of prominent European global firms. Director, two dailies and several weeklies within family-owned press group. Vice-President, Circle of Arab Economists in France.
