Trained in product design, Ravensbourne College of Design and Communication, London; 1996, Doctorate in Consciousness, Creativity and Community, University of Surrey. Former: break-dancer; DJ; designer; artist; research fellow; teacher. Has consulted with global corporation on visioning, creativity and design management. 1994, Co-Founder, Design Transformation Group, a community of international designers, artists, futurologists, educationalists, philosophers and consultants who were interested in shaping the future business of design. 1988, Co-Founder and currently Chief Executive Officer, nowhere. Co-Author of Way of nowhere. Expertise: designing and catalysing creative insight and collective breakthrough which simultaneously generates innovative outputs and transformational outcomes. Current area of focus is codifying and learning how to teach the complex and subtle skills of next generation leadership, helping tap into collective intelligence so as to allow new models of leadership to emerge from the knowing-field.
