Formerly with UK Prime Minister's Strategy Unit; then management consultant advising governments and companies in Africa on strategy. Returned to Mauritius to advise on the development of a long-term economic transformation programme to move Mauritius from a middle-income to a high-income country, as well as an Africa Strategy. Co-Founder, Harvard's Africa Policy Journal, Harvard University's first public policy journal with a focus on Africa.
