Former: Special Plenipotentiary of Ukraine on the Euro-Asian Oil Transportation Corridor; Chairman of the Board, Ukrtransnafta (Ukrainian Oil Transportation Co.). 2005-06, Adviser to the State Secretary of the President of Ukraine; 2006-08, Adviser to the Minister of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine on European integration issues; concurrently, Coordinator on issues of realization of EU-Ukraine MoU in the energy sector (INOGATE). President, Kyiv International Energy Club “Q-Club”. Interviews, articles and comments on key issues in the energy field published in Ukrainian, Polish, American, Russian and Western European media. Guest and speaker at international economic, scientific and technical conferences. 2007-10, Lundin Chair Professor in the field of energy and energy efficiency, International Management Institute-Kyiv (IMI-Kyiv).
