Formerly with the World Bank, including as: Senior Adviser to the Vice-President for Financial and Private Sector Dev.; Regional Director, Central Europe and Baltic Countries; Country Director and Regional Coordinator, South-East Europe; Country Director, Caribbean; Adviser to the Managing Director for Operations and Strategy; Assistant to the President and Managing Directors. Since 2011, Secretary-General, Black Sea Trade and Development Bank, in charge of country relations and partnerships with multilateral and bilateral institutions; oversees the BSTDB Board operations and human resources and in charge of the change mgmt agenda; Member, Senior Management Team and resp. for dialogue with the Greek authorities. Expertise: public sector reforms in countries in transition.
