Began career as a transportation planner for the city of Washington DC. 2004-08, consulted on Chinese infrastructure and planning projects for AECOM. Guides the Urban Land Institute's approach to global infrastructure issues, directing the production of an annual infrastructure report, managing a programme to examine US transportation policy, and engaging with ULI's regional offices.
