Twenty years' experience in the field of rural livelihoods; has a proven track record of stabilizing rural communities and providing a platform for them to access other government services. Formerly, with the National Rural Support Programme, Pakistan's largest non-profit organization providing rural communities with opportunities in entrepreneurship and livelihoods through provision of inclusive financial services, health and education. Member of the Board, several non-profit organizations. Chairman: Pakistan Microfinance Network; NRSP Micro Finance Bank. Expertise/interests: developing innovative solutions to complex problems through public-private partnerships in the fields of livelihoods, health and primary education.
