Academic work focuses on linkages between financial sector policies, operation of financial systems and functioning of economy. Author of books: Rethinking Bank Regulation - Till Angels Govern; Guardians of Finance: How and Why Regulators Lead Us from Crisis to Crisis and What to do about it.
