Special Representative to the World Trade Organization and the United Nations
Serves as World Bank's Special Representative to the WTO and the UN in Geneva. From 2000-2010 served as Vice President for International Public Affairs at UPS, based in Washington DC. Previously, was the first Director of Transatlantic Business Dialogue (TABD) and held staff postions in the White House and for former President Ronald Reagan. Masters from Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University; Masters from College of Europe, Bruges, Belgium. Decorated with Chile's Order of Bernardo O'Higgins for efforts related to the rescue of the Chilean miners in 2010.
