BA, Connecticut College; LLM, University of Amsterdam; JD, Dickinson School of Law, Pennsylvania. Lawyer admitted to the bar of Massachusetts and solicitor (non-practising) in England and Wales. Currently, Senior Vice-President, General Counsel and Deputy Managing Director, Motion Picture Association (MPA), Brussels. Responsible for the MPA's European legal department overseeing the provision of legal services - advice, litigation and compliance - to the MPA and the companies it represents. As Deputy Managing Director, assists in the overall management of the Brussels operation. Has recently published a book with Brigitte Lindner on copyright law entitled "Copyright in the Information Society: A Guide to National Implementation of the European Directive".
