Member or former Member of the Board: Bombardier; CGI Group; CD Howe Institute; Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec; Aga Khan Foundation Canada. Author of numerous articles on governance and strategy, and books such as Black Markets and Business Blues (2009), which won the Silver Medal from the American Independent Publishers Association, and A Capitalism of Owners (2012). Author of IGOPP policy papers.
