Etihad Airways

Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, based in its capital, Abu Dhabi, made its first commercial flight in November 2003. Since then, the airline has grown faster than any other in commercial aviation history, currently serving 58 destinations in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East and North America. Etihad operates one of the youngest and most environmentally efficient fleets in the world, to grow to 52 by the end of 2009. It plans to fly 25 million passengers a year to at least 100 destinations by 2020.
