India's largest residential developer has interests in the real estate, construction, hospitality and healthcare sectors. It has 66 million square feet under development in two large integrated township projects in India. It listed its investment vehicle on the Alternative Investment Market in London in 2006 which, at that time, was the largest real estate IPO.
