An international provider of data, media and telecommunication services with mobile operations in 11 markets across the Nordic region, Central and Eastern Europe and Asia, as well as a stake of close to 32% in VimpelCom, operating in 10 markets. Headquartered in Norway, it is among the largest mobile operators in the world. In 2010 it had 120 million mobile subscriptions, 301 including VimpelCom (associated company), revenues of NOK 95 billion and about 31,000 employees. It is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
