An organization, established in 2007, as one of the key instruments of government investment policy in Russia. It aims to overcome infrastructure growth restrictions, upgrade and promote the non-raw materials economic sector and high-technology industries. It seeks to encourage innovation, the export of high-technology products, projects in special economic zones, environment protection and small and medium-sized businesses.
