Asia's next generation of talent

Nearly 30% of Chinese university graduates are expected to be unemployed, whereas the corporate sector across Asia often cites a skills gap. How can leaders from government and business better align the supply and demand in the labour market with education systems to more effectively harness Asia's large talent pool?
