Forum Live Interview with Esther Dyson

Esther Dyson, is an angel investor focusing on health and space-related companies in the US and Russia. As a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council, she wants to help entrepreneurs scale up their businesses and gain critical mass. She argues that a difficult economic environment is an advantage for small businesses because they can hire better-quality staff and benefit from a less competitive environment. The chief challenge for entrepreneurs is finding people who are better than they are who can help them grow and fulfil their potential, she argues, in conversation with the BBC’s Tanya Beckett.
