Founder and Chairman of the Board
Andrey Kolodyuk started his entrepreneurial career in New York. In 1994, he founded an IT investment firm, which financed its first project, Unitrade. In 2001, he reorganized Ukrinvestcom into a venture capital firm, AVentures. From 2001 to the present, he has been Chairman of AVentures and involved in a number of IT, Internet, cleantech and real estate projects. In 2001, Kolodyuk became a Founder and President of the Information Society of Ukraine Foundation and in July he became Head of the Public Working Group E-Ukraine, whose objective is the development of Ukraine's national strategy for information society development. From 2001 to 2005, Kolodyuk was Chair of the Telecom Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine and in 2009 he became a Founder of DIVAN.TV, the first OTT Smart TV that services the Russian-speaking community worldwide. Kolodyuk graduated from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and studied law at Kyiv National University. In 2005, he defended his PhD thesis on the information society.
