Andriy Kolodyuk started his entrepreneurial career in New York. In 1994, he founded an IT investment firm, which financed its first project, Unitrade. In 2001, Kolodyuk reorganized Ukrinvest.com into a venture capital firm, AVentures. From 2001 to the present, he has been Chairman of AVentures and involved in a number of IT, Internet, cleantech and real estate projects. In 2001, he became a Founder and President of the Information Society of Ukraine Foundation. In July 2003, he became the Head of the Public Working Group E-Ukraine, whose objective is the development of Ukraine's national strategy for information society development. During 2001-2005, Kolodyuk was Chair of the Telecom Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine. In 2009, he became a Founder of DIVAN.TV - the first OTT Smart TV operator in Ukraine and Russia. Kolodyuk graduated from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and studied law at Kyiv National University. In 2005, he defended his PhD thesis: “Information Society: Modern Condition and Perspectives of Development in Ukraine” with the specialty “Political Culture and Ideology”.
