Angela Morelli

Information Designer
Angela Morelli is an information designer, teaching information design and lecturing at international conferences on design and communication. She also collaborates with a number of research organizations in Europe. Morelli earned a Master's degree in Communication Design, with a specialization in Information Design, from Central St Martins in London, as well as a Master's in Industrial Design from Milan. Her first degree is in Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. Her Master's thesis, ?The Global Water Footprint of Humanity?, based on research carried out by UNESCO and the University of Twente in the Netherlands, was awarded an Honourable Mention for Outstanding Work at the INDEX: AIGA Aspen Design Challenge. Morelli believes that there needs to be the right social infrastructure to support sustainable behaviour, and that information design plays an important role not only in communicating complex topics to non-technical audiences, but also in raising awareness.
