Arunabha Ghosh is Chief Executive Officer of the leading think tank, Council on Energy, Environment and Water. Previously, Ghosh worked at Princeton, Oxford, UNDP (New York; author of Human Development reports) and WTO (Geneva). Ghosh has experience in 30 countries and advises governments, industry and civil society around the world on energy/resources security; renewable energy; energy-trade-climate linkages; climate governance (financing, R&D, geo-engineering); water governance; and international regime design. He has lectured at several legislatures and hosted a documentary on water. Ghosh is an Asia 21 Young Leader (Asia Society) and a Global Leaders Fellow (Princeton and Oxford). He holds a DPhil from Oxford (Clarendon Scholar, Marvin Bower Scholar); first class in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (Radhakrishnan Scholar, Oxford); and topped Economics from St Stephen's College, Delhi University.
