Beatrice Trussardi is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Trussardi Group, one of the most prestigious Italian fashion brands. She has increased the activities of the Group worldwide, establishing initiatives that represent the excellence of ?Made in Italy? in fashion, art, food and design. She is also President of the Nicola Trussardi Foundation, a non-profit institution devoted to diffusion of contemporary culture to broad audiences, and is involved in innovative design and architecture projects in Milan. Trussardi has received several acknowledgements and prizes for her entrepreneurial and cultural roles. In 2007, she was nominated as a Member of the JFK School of Government Women's Leadership Board of Harvard University. She also chairs the Friends of Aspen group. Trussardi combines her business mission with social responsibility through projects aimed at raising awareness of issues. In 2010, she launched Table for Two Italia. Trussardi is currently a Member of the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers Community and a Founding Curator of the Milan Hub. She holds a degree in History of Modern and Contemporary Art and a Master's in Art Business and Administration from New York University.
