Bj?rn Czinczoll is Chief Executive Officer of Kinderzentren Kunterbunt, an organization that provides childcare centres tailored to the needs of working parents so that they can better combine family and career. He founded the Kinderzentren Kunterbunt Association in Nuremberg, Germany, in 1998. The following year, he founded the first nursery school and kindergarten in Nuremberg. Czinczoll studied at the University of Regensburg's Law School.
