Bozidar Djelec, is the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia and a former Serbian Minister of Finance. He is the Founder and President of Altis Consulting, a professional services company in Belgrade, Serbia and Montenegro. Previously, he had position at Credit Agricole in the Republic of Serbia and in France. He was also a consultant with McKinsey and Company, heading the firm’s consulting venture for e-business, @McKinsey. He has also served as an adviser to the Deputy Prime Minister in the ministries of Privatization and Finance of the Russian Federation, and as the Director of the Mass Privatization Programme of the Privatization Ministry of Poland. He is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques and has two Master’s degrees from Harvard University.
