Charles Rutstein was Chief Operating Officer at Forrester Research, overseeing global operations and nearly all of the company's primary offerings, including research, consulting, events and the organization's leadership boards. Rutstein had been a member of Forrester's executive team since 2006 and joined Forrester's board of directors in 2011. Previously, he served as President of Forrester Americas. Prior to Forrester Research, Rutstein worked at Price Waterhouse Management Consulting Services as a Principal Consultant. As a member of the Price Waterhouse Global Systems Solutions Center, he helped devise and implement technology strategy for many of the firm's largest clients. During his tenure at the firm, he wrote a best-selling book, Windows NT Security. He is a sought-after speaker and has had wide visibility through the media, including ABC, Bloomberg, CNBC, NBC, MSNBC, NPR, the Wall Street Journal and numerous business technology publications. Rutstein holds a BA in Economics from Hobart College and an MBA in Strategic and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
