Darys Estrella is Vice-President of Corporate Sustainability at Grupo Vicini, an asset management firm in the Dominican Republic. Previously, she was Chief Executive Officer of the Dominican Republic Stock Exchange (2007-2012) and served for five years as Vice-President of Goldman Sachs & Co.'s Fixed Income and Human Capital Management divisions. Before joining Goldman, she spent seven years at Deltec Asset Management as a Vice-President in the Emerging Markets Fixed Income division, covering Latin America. From 2007-2011, Estrella was Secretary of La Asociaci?n de Bolsas de Centroam?rica y el Caribe (BOLCEN), a consortium network of seven capital markets exchanges in Central America and the Caribbean. She is a Member of the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross Business School's Alumni Board of Governors and a Member of the International Advisory Board of Fundacion Dom Cabral in Brazil. Estrella received her BA from Vassar College and her MBA from the University of Michigan.
