Ellen Gonda is a passionate and strategic communications consultant with global experience across industries and disciplines. She counsels public and private companies and individuals in various capacities, particularly during critical inflection points. Gonda is currently on the Advisory Board of Overture Holdings, which invests in culinary genius. She is also the Co-Founder and Producer of The People Sign, a documentary film project intended to recognize the ASL/ESL interpretation of music as an art form. Prior to that, Gonda was a Senior Vice-President at Hilton Worldwide, where she led global corporate communications and corporate responsibility. Before joining Hilton, she was Vice-President and Director of Communications for the Americas at The Carlyle Group, and previously held positions at the Brunswick Group, Gavin Anderson & Company, and Abernathy MacGregor Frank. Gonda graduated with high honours from the University of California, Berkeley.
