Eric Anderson is an entrepreneur and aerospace engineer involved in several innovative technology and space companies. His mission is to bring the solar system into humanity's economic sphere of influence. Anderson is the Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of Planetary Resources, whose vision is to access the vast resources of space by mining asteroids. He is also President and Chief Executive Officer of Intentional, whose technology enables the creation of software without writing code. As Co-Founder and Chairman of Space Adventures, Anderson has sold nearly half a billion dollars in spaceflight missions, including all self-funded private citizens. He is also the Co-Founder and Chairman of Planetary Power, a renewable energy company. Anderson graduated from the University of Virginia. In 2010, he was awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year. He serves on the Board of the X PRIZE Foundation, Seattle's Museum of Flight and Planetary Security Foundation and is Chairman of the Commercial Spaceflight Federation. He is also a Member of the Board of Governors for the National Space Society.
